Why choose Datasure Certified Deposit?
- Legal compliance and guarantee
- Bailiff's report
- Guarantee of integrity, anteriority, and authenticity
Unique legal guarantee
As opposed to the electronic timestamping service, the Customised Deposit service does more than simply certify the anteriority and integrity of a data item: it archives and secures a copy of the files for proof, legal representation, and authenticity. For each deposit, the Trusted Third Party Datasure undertakes to carry out Technical Expertise in the event of a dispute with third parties concerning a Customised Deposit.
As a legal and technical innovation, Datasure is proud to be the only trust service provider to offer this service in Europe.
Use cases
There are many situations in which companies and organisations need to perform certified deposits with a trusted third party. The protection of a company's intangible assets, its intellectual property, know-how and business secrets, or the certification of important files such as source codes, proof of concept files and innovations, are all examples of different use cases.
- Intellectual property, know-how, business secrets, methods and projects,
- strategic documents, important contracts,
- software, source codes, etc.
Infrastructure
The Customised Deposit service allows you to secure large files in a trusted environment that benefits from the ANSSI's highest French certification for Cloud storage, specifically dedicated to government, public bodies and sensitive data.
Archived files are stored securely and with high resilience, with guaranteed durability and several automatic replications in the Datasure Digital Safe, which is based on the SecNumCloud and HDS-certified sovereign cloud of Outscale (Dassault Systèmes).
Our corporate strategy in favour of digital sovereignty has led Datasure to rely exclusively on recognised and certified partners for data protection.
- Strict and reliable technical standards
- Sovereignty: exclusively French infrastructure
- SecNumCloud and HDS file storage
As a Trust Service Provider qualified by the ANSSI, Datasure is regularly audited by an accredited conformity assessment body for compliance with ETSI standards, European eIDAS regulations and additional French requirements.
The electronic timestamping service is qualified by a decision of the French National Agency for the Security of Information Systems (ANSSI) and is recognised at least in all EU countries as a qualified trust service (see the Trust List).
It enables the certification of files deposited in the Datasure Digital Safe to be corroborated, using robust cryptographic operations to prove the anteriority and integrity of the data.
