Ce mois d’octobre, déclaré mois de la cybersécurité par l’ANSSI, ne manquait pas d’actualités à commenter et l’une d’elles était particulièrement attendue : la signature d’un décret exécutif par le président Biden le 7 octobre 2022[1]  afin d’avancer, enfin, sur la question majeure du transfert des données personnelles entre l’Union européenne et les Etats-Unis.
